Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Prestige Garage HQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information upon request.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you.
